Sam Kim is an Associate at Hansell LLP, assisting with all matters relating to corporate governance. He obtained his J.D. at the University of Toronto in 2017. During his time at law school, Sam served as an elected representative on the Students’ Law Society, as President of the Korean Students’ Association, and on the Senior Board of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, Volume 75, as head of the corporate cell group.
Prior to law school, Sam obtained a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Toronto. During his post-secondary studies, he has worked as a research assistant for several professors in both legal and non-legal academic fields. He also served as the Governance Consultant for the Nyantende Foundation, a non-profit corporation that fundraises school enrolment fees for students in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
