Business Law Advisory Council Fall 2016 Report

The Business Law Advisory Council was established by the Government of Ontario earlier this year to review Ontario’s corporate and commercial legislation and to provide advice to Government on priorities to reform that legislation. The Fall 2016 Report makes 15 recommendations for reform and public comment is welcome until December 12.
